And Oh, is he ever sweet.
6 lbs, 13 oz.
Dark hair and the cutest little toes you ever have seen.
Born at home after about 2 1/2 hours of labor.
Brett caught him at 1:30 am.
Our midwife came about an hour later to help us admire him.
Maya and Jonah woke up at some point later in the middle of the night and they haven't stopped loving on him since.
We are all doing really well...
Pictures and his name to follow soon.

So excited "little peanut" is finally here:) We look forward and have been checking back frequently to see pictures of him. Glad to hear that all went well.
Finally - a peanut my whole family can love without fear of allergic reactions :) Congratulations!!! And, I cannot believe you have a blog! You continue to amaze and inspire! Can't wait to meet him.
:) Love

Hooray! Congratulations to your family. And I love, love his name. So excited for you and glad everything went well.
Congratulations! I got goose bumps thinking about ONLY you and Brett involved in the birth - no doctors, midwives or (other) kids - how amazing personal and intimate. You both amaze me more than you know! He is adorable and great frog legs :) I am thinking lots about you and your family. Diane Warner
