A Blue Day

Thanks Dawn for this video link--it made me cry tonight, not sure why. We are coming down with summer colds, most of us, and it is raining and stifling hot and I don't seem to have enough kitchen appliances to make anything inspiring to eat. I feel oppressed by the incessant air conditioner, but going outside is brutal. Tomorrow might be a day to watch lots of movies. Last night we almost took Jonah to the E.R. for a deep cut that we thought might have needed stitches and a tetanus shot. Sigh. There is that whole vaccine debate again. Decided to try to deal with it ourselves, and it looks OK so far.
As for the dancing. Melancholy and optimistic and puts things in a better perspective than I am able to muster on my own at the moment...
